By this we mean a specific operational team within larger organizations, not overall support for large, diverse bodies of COBOL in many units or subsidiaries.

- Critical Issue Support (24x7x365 hot-line): $US150,000 per year
This support package covers all developers associated with the production applications at no additional cost.
GCC COBOL Bespoke Development
COBOLworx will provide bespoke development consulting services under the following conditions:
- The results of the work that changes the code bases of the COBOL compiler are to be contributed to the Open Source Software Project, and
- The Project agrees that the work should be included if only as a contributed package.
Bespoke development projects are done as fixed-price, fixed-term projects. A detailed statement of work is collaboratively developed to form the foundation for client planning and COBOLworx planning and pricing.
