Jim Lowden presented the first public talk about GCC COBOL (gcobol) at Carolina Codes YouTube Channel, a SouthEastern US polyglot developers convention run by Barry Jones. Jim’s talk is up on Youtube on the convention’s Web site. It went really well and Jim got a lot of attention afterward — lots of questions.

The conference was a great experience. A few hundred people of all levels of the tech community gathered at Flywheel CoWork Greensville for the second year. The convention team and the venue do a great job of hosting and we’ll be back next year.
